Method of payment

I carry out my activity as a self-employed person with a free profession.

You can choose the payment method according to what is more convenient for you - in cash on the spot after a session with the possibility of issuing an invoice, by bank transfer, via Transferwise or Revolut.

When working online, the payment for the sessions takes place before the class is held. You need to send a photo or screenshot of the payment made before I can confirm your appointment! If payment is not proven, the session will NOT take place.

Session delay

It is recommended that you calculate a few more minutes if you are traveling by car. There is no green or blue zone in the office area, and sometimes it takes time to find a parking space.

In case of a delay, you should keep in mind that lost minutes cannot be compensated! Sessions are held on a round-the-clock basis and prolonging sessions outside the agreed time means interfering with the next client's session.
Canceling an appointment

You can cancel an appointment no later than 24 hours before it. Otherwise, the session is billed, regardless of whether it is not held!

If for some reason this is not possible, the appointment can be renegotiated, but without guarantee of keeping the same day and time in the future.

Please note that last-minute cancellations or no-shows for a session without warning may result in a full cancellation!
